Energy Work / Clearings

Energy work comes in many forms.  Most energy work is designed to move energy or clear blockages which may be keeping you from healing emotionally or physically. Some forms are hands on, some are not. Some work will be accompanied by music or drumming, some won’t.

Reiki is believed to have originated in Tibet thousands of years ago and modern day Reiki can be traced to the spiritual teachings of Mikao Usui in Japan during the early 20th century. Reiki is based on the philosophy that there is a universal energy that supports the body’s inherent self-healing abilities.

Reiki is a spiritual healing art – the practice of transmitting universal healing energy through the hands. It is a subtle and effective healing process which works on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.

“Clearing” usually refers to the removal of a deep-seated energy blockage or some type of attachment to a person, building, or property of any kind.  Attachments are not common, however they do happen. When attachments are discovered, you and your loved ones may feel helpless. But there is something you can do! Get in touch and let’s make a plan.

If you’re experiencing depression, personality shifts, anxiety, confusion, trouble sleeping, paranoia, etc. it might be time for a check-up (with your doctor!) and a check-in (with an energy worker.) These could be symptoms of a blockage or even an attachment.
